Charli Lennon is a Leadership Speaker, Trainer, and Coach. Her journey in public speaking began as a youth competing on an award winning high school speech and debate team and traveling the state competing in oratorical competitions. There she discovered her natural ability to captivate and connect with diverse audiences. As a former Speech and Debate Director, she led award winning teams to success through her commitment to cultivating the talents and skills of her students. She transitioned into Executive Leadership within the education sector where she gained invaluable experience growing other leaders. Leveraging her extensive experience and success as an executive leader, she transitioned into coaching, guiding other top executives with the best practices and strategies meticulously learned and studied, empowering them to achieve extraordinary results. A native of Austin Texas, Charli Lennon earned a Master of Education from Houston Baptist University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a minor in Spanish from the University of North Texas. While a student at UNT, she became a member of the first historically African-American sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

With a passion for effective communication and a deep understanding of pedagogy, She has honed her skills to deliver impactful speeches, trainings, and coaching sessions dedicated to helping individuals and organizations achieve their highest potential through effective communication and strategic leadership. By implementing innovative training techniques and providing personalized coaching, she has empowered her clients to develop the confidence and expertise necessary to excel personally and professionally.
